Our privacy statement is simple:

We will not make any data we store about you available to any other party for free or renumeration without your express consent.

The only exceptions to this are:
1. If we are required to do so under UK Law by an enforcing authority suitably authorised to request such information
2. Photographs that you upload to the site are stored on a rented dedicated server hosted by 1 and 1. It is possible for other users of northeastnaturists.co.uk to save your images from the web site if they choose to. There is nothing that can be done to stop this.
